Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including requisition verification, purchase order generation, and delivery tracking.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials required for manufacturing operations.
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation and digital records in accordance with company policies.
- Perform regular price comparisons and negotiate with suppliers to optimize cost-efficiency for the company.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the warehouse team to prevent stock-outs or overstocking.
- Prepare regular reports on purchasing activities, spending, and supplier performance for management review.
- Resolve discrepancies regarding invoices, shipping, or material quality with relevant departments.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Purchasing Administrator, Procurement Officer, or similar administrative role.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is essential).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia (and English is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing procurement cycles and inventory management principles.
- Commitment to professional ethics and transparency in vendor dealings.
