We are seeking a highly skilled Purchasing and Procurement Contractor to support our operations in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the supply chain for our ongoing Project Villa, ensuring that we procure the finest materials and services at the most competitive market prices.
You will act as a strategic partner to the project management team, utilizing your expertise in negotiation and vendor management to drive cost-efficiency and operational excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the entire procurement lifecycle, from identifying material needs to final delivery.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to ensure optimal value for the project.
- Source and vet new vendors, maintaining a database of reliable and high-quality partners.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate logistics to prevent project delays.
- Prepare and review purchase orders, ensuring strict adherence to company policies and specifications.
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and new product sources.
- Manage relationships with existing suppliers to ensure ongoing satisfaction and quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) or Diploma (D4) in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing and procurement, specifically within the villa or construction project sector.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with a proven ability to close favorable deals.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills to manage complex schedules and budgets.
- Proficiency in using procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English is preferred.
