Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute effective procurement strategies to optimize material acquisition costs and lead times.
  • Manage end-to-end supplier relationships, including performance evaluation, auditing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead complex price negotiations to ensure competitive rates while maintaining quality standards.
  • Oversee purchase order processing, ensuring 100% accuracy and adherence to company policies.
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify potential bottlenecks and implement corrective measures proactively.
  • Coordinate with production and logistics departments to align purchasing schedules with operational demands.
  • Prepare and present procurement reports, budget analyses, and cost-saving metrics to senior management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
  • Proven ability to negotiate contracts and manage vendor performance effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a small team.
  • Deep understanding of inventory management, supply chain best practices, and local market trends in Jawa Timur.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and solve complex operational problems.
