Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in end-to-end procurement processes including supplier identification, RFQ issuance, and order placement
- Conduct negotiations with Mandarin-speaking suppliers to secure favorable pricing and terms
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain accurate vendor databases and purchasing documentation
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand material requirements and specifications
- Analyze market trends and pricing to optimize procurement strategies
- Resolve discrepancies in orders, deliveries, and invoices
- Support sustainability initiatives in supplier selection and vendor management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Native or fluent Mandarin language proficiency (written and spoken)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement roles
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with cross-cultural awareness
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office applications
- Knowledge of logistics and manufacturing supply chain processes
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities
