Lime Hotels and Resorts is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Associate to join our dynamic operations team. In this pivotal role, you will support our procurement function by ensuring the seamless flow of goods and services needed to maintain our high standards of hospitality. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end purchasing process, from sourcing reliable suppliers to executing purchase orders and maintaining precise inventory records. As a Purchasing Associate, you will act as the bridge between our operational needs and the external market. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process purchase orders (POs) efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of all required goods.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with new and existing vendors to secure the best prices and quality for hotel supplies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement activities, supplier contracts, and inventory levels.
- Monitor stock levels across departments to prevent stockouts and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand specific purchasing needs and forecast requirements.
- Review invoices and resolve any discrepancies or billing errors with vendors promptly.
- Conduct market research to identify potential cost-saving opportunities and alternative suppliers.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain operations within the hospitality or retail industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with suppliers.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems is a significant advantage.
