Tanggung Jawab
- Execute the full procurement cycle, from processing purchase requests to order fulfillment.
- Conduct professional negotiations with vendors to ensure competitive pricing, optimal payment terms, and high-quality service levels.
- Maintain and update vendor databases, ensuring all supplier documentation is compliant with internal policies.
- Monitor purchase order status and proactively communicate any potential supply delays to internal stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to verify material specifications and procurement requirements.
- Ensure all purchasing activities strictly follow corporate procurement policies and audit requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably within the manufacturing or logistics sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Proficiency in ERP software (such as SAP or Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Deep understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management, and vendor management strategies.
- Ability to work independently under pressure and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
