Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process for raw materials, ingredients, and operational supplies.
- Conduct thorough cost analysis and identify opportunities to reduce expenses without compromising quality.
- Negotiate favorable terms, prices, and delivery schedules with suppliers to maximize value.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Prepare and analyze monthly purchasing reports, including variance analysis and budget tracking.
- Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with key vendors and stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain management, or a related field within the F&B or manufacturing industry.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proven ability to negotiate effectively and resolve conflicts with vendors.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team to meet tight deadlines.
- Valid Indonesian driving license is a plus.
