Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies to support project timelines and budgetary goals.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-quality suppliers while maintaining strong, long-term professional relationships.
- Conduct thorough market research and price analysis to ensure cost-efficiency and optimal value.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including purchase requisitions, PO issuance, and tracking of delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with site engineering teams to ensure all procured materials meet technical specifications and quality standards.
- Resolve supply chain disruptions, logistics delays, or quality issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare detailed procurement reports, cost tracking documentation, and status updates for management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement or material management, preferably within the construction or manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in using ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of supply chain logistics, import/export regulations, and contract negotiation.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is highly desirable to facilitate communication with regional stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural, cross-functional team environment.
