As a Purchasing Engineer, you will bridge the gap between technical requirements and commercial negotiations. You will be responsible for evaluating vendor capabilities, managing contract lifecycles, and driving cost-reduction initiatives without compromising on quality. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key vendors and suppliers.
- Conduct thorough technical evaluations and audits of potential and existing suppliers.
- Negotiate competitive pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to ensure cost-efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to anticipate changes in supply availability and pricing.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure procured materials meet strict technical and quality specifications.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to purchase order fulfillment.
- Implement supply chain strategies to mitigate risks and improve operational lead times.
- Prepare detailed reports on procurement performance and vendor KPIs for management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electrical, or Mechanical) or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in the electronics or manufacturing industry.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and professional English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of vendor management and procurement best practices.
