We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchasing Executive to join our dynamic team in Cikarang Pusat. In this role, you will be the backbone of our supply chain operations, ensuring that all procurement activities are executed efficiently, cost-effectively, and in compliance with company standards. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of vendor management, inventory cycles, and strategic sourcing within the manufacturing sector.
As our Purchasing Executive, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to streamline our procurement processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from sourcing and vendor selection to final order delivery.
- Negotiate favorable pricing, credit terms, and delivery schedules with local and international suppliers.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages while minimizing carrying costs.
- Maintain and build strong relationships with existing vendors while continuously identifying new, reliable suppliers.
- Prepare and analyze purchase reports, market price trends, and vendor performance metrics to guide management decisions.
- Ensure that all procured items meet quality standards and production requirements.
- Coordinate with the finance department to process invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and supply chain best practices to ensure compliant operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Purchasing Officer, Procurement Executive, or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record in vendor negotiation and contract management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local systems).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
- Deep understanding of supply chain logistics, import/export regulations, and local market procurement.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in Cikarang Pusat.
