- Lead and manage MRO procurement activities to ensure the timely availability of critical materials and spare parts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers to ensure quality and reliability.
- Conduct supplier performance evaluations and negotiate contracts to secure the best value.
- Prepare, issue, and track purchase orders to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
- Analyze market trends and pricing data to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize inventory levels.
- Collaborate closely with production and logistics teams to forecast material requirements and align purchasing schedules.
- Ensure strict compliance with company procurement policies and internal controls.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or MRO procurement.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and vendor management.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (experience with SAP is preferred).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
