We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchasing & Exim Supervisor to join our team in Jakarta Barat. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end procurement process and managing export-import operations to ensure operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness within our manufacturing and logistics supply chain.

You will lead procurement initiatives, manage vendor relationships, and navigate complex documentation requirements to ensure that all goods move efficiently across borders. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement effective purchasing strategies to optimize procurement costs and ensure timely delivery of raw materials and goods.
- Manage end-to-end export-import processes, including coordination with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian trade regulations, including HS Code classification, permit processing (PI/LS), and tax requirements.
- Supervise the preparation of essential shipping documents such as Bill of Lading, Invoice, Packing List, and Certificate of Origin.
- Monitor and evaluate vendor performance to maintain quality standards and competitive pricing.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Production, Finance, and Warehouse) to ensure inventory levels align with production schedules.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on procurement spending, lead times, and export-import activities for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Purchasing and Export-Import (Exim) operations, preferably within the manufacturing or logistics sector.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs laws, import licenses (NIB, API-U/P), and trade documentation.
- Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
- Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel proficiency is essential).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise team members and coordinate cross-functional projects.
- Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
