We are seeking an experienced Purchasing Import & Finance Officer to join our dynamic team at Titis Cahaya Sejahtera. This full-time role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional with expertise in import logistics and financial operations. You will be responsible for managing the entire procurement cycle, from supplier negotiations and import documentation to payment processing and budget control. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with customs regulations, optimize supply chain costs, and maintain strong vendor relationships while supporting the company's financial objectives. This position offers competitive compensation in the range of Rp 5-6.5 million monthly and provides an opportunity to contribute to our growing manufacturing and logistics operations in Jakarta.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end import procurement processes including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management
- Handle import documentation, customs clearance, and compliance with Indonesian trade regulations
- Oversee financial aspects including budgeting, cost analysis, and payment processing
- Coordinate with logistics partners for timely delivery and inventory management
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile import-related expenses
- Collaborate with internal departments to align procurement strategies with business goals
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing, import/export operations, or finance
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations and import procedures
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience in manufacturing or logistics industry preferred
