Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the entire import process from requisition to final delivery, ensuring timely procurement of goods.
- Negotiate terms, prices, and contracts with international suppliers to achieve cost savings and quality assurance.
- Coordinate closely with logistics providers to optimize shipping routes and manage freight forwarding.
- Monitor import data and market trends to identify opportunities for supply chain improvement.
- Ensure strict compliance with international trade regulations, customs documentation, and safety standards.
- Resolve any shipping delays or customs issues efficiently to minimize operational downtime.
- Analyze purchasing patterns to forecast demand and manage inventory levels effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Purchasing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in international purchasing, import/export, or supply chain coordination.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse international stakeholders.
- Deep knowledge of Incoterms, import/export procedures, and customs regulations.
