Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end purchasing processes for raw materials and operational supplies
- Coordinate import documentation, customs clearance, and compliance procedures
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure optimal pricing and quality
- Monitor supplier performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and logistics partners
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and supply chain efficiencies
- Collaborate with production, warehouse, and finance teams for seamless operations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3/S1 degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in purchasing and import operations
- Proficiency in customs regulations and import documentation procedures
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
- Experience with ERP systems and purchasing software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with working knowledge of English
