In this role, you will be the backbone of our procurement operations, bridging the gap between our production requirements and global suppliers. You will manage end-to-end import documentation, ensure compliance with international trade regulations, and maintain seamless communication with overseas vendors. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end import procurement process, from purchase order issuance to final delivery.
- Coordinate closely with international suppliers to track shipments and ensure timely arrival of raw materials.
- Handle all import-related documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, and Certificate of Origin.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and relevant government authorities to ensure smooth customs clearance.
- Monitor and update the production team on shipment statuses to prevent supply chain bottlenecks.
- Maintain accurate procurement databases and electronic filing systems for audit readiness.
- Negotiate terms and shipping costs with vendors to optimize operational expenses.
- Prepare regular reporting on import activities, lead times, and vendor performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, import operations, or logistics, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong command of English (written and verbal) is mandatory for international vendor communication.
- In-depth knowledge of import regulations, HS codes, and customs clearance procedures in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage competing deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail.
- Willingness to be based in Batuceper, Banten.
