Ega Tekelindo Prima is seeking a dynamic Purchasing Import Staff with Mandarin proficiency to drive our international procurement operations. In this critical role, you will bridge our Indonesian operations with global suppliers, ensuring seamless sourcing, negotiation, and delivery of essential goods. You'll be instrumental in building strategic partnerships with overseas vendors, optimizing supply chains, and maintaining cost-efficiency across import processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with overseas suppliers, particularly Mandarin-speaking vendors
- Source and procure required materials/components from international markets
- Manage end-to-end import processes including documentation, customs clearance, and logistics coordination
- Conduct supplier negotiations to secure optimal pricing and payment terms
- Monitor supplier performance and quality compliance
- Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, finance, production) for smooth delivery
- Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities in procurement
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Mandarin (both written and spoken) is mandatory
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing/import operations
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations and customs procedures
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple suppliers simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
