Join Wahana Duta Jaya Rucika as a Purchasing Import Supervisor and drive our supply chain excellence. In this critical role, you'll orchestrate international procurement processes, manage overseas supplier relationships, navigate complex customs regulations, and optimize shipping logistics to ensure seamless supply flow. You'll be the backbone of our import operations, balancing cost efficiency with regulatory compliance while maintaining strong vendor partnerships. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end import procurement processes from supplier selection to customs clearance
- Manage and negotiate with international suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality standards
- Handle customs documentation, compliance, and tariff classifications for imported goods
- Coordinate shipping logistics and freight forwarding to ensure timely delivery
- Develop and maintain supplier performance metrics and improvement plans
- Analyze market trends and identify cost optimization opportunities in import operations
- Collaborate with logistics, finance, and operations teams for integrated supply chain management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in import/export operations, with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations and import procedures
- Proven track record in managing international supplier relationships and negotiations
- Strong analytical skills for logistics optimization and cost control
- Proficiency in procurement software and customs documentation systems
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in fast-paced environment
