Tanggung Jawab
- Source, evaluate, and select local and international suppliers for materials and equipment
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to optimize costs
- Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery of materials
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier performance
- Coordinate with customs brokers and logistics providers for imported goods
- Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to understand material requirements and priorities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management
- Strong negotiation and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Familiarity with import/export procedures and customs regulations
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office applications
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and material requirements
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
