Tanggung Jawab

  • Source, evaluate, and select local and international suppliers for materials and equipment
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to optimize costs
  • Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery of materials
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier performance
  • Coordinate with customs brokers and logistics providers for imported goods
  • Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand material requirements and priorities

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Familiarity with import/export procedures and customs regulations
  • Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office applications
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
