Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end international procurement processes including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management
- Coordinate export-import operations ensuring compliance with customs regulations and trade laws
- Optimize logistics networks for cost-effective freight forwarding and distribution
- Develop and maintain inventory control systems for imported raw materials and exported finished goods
- Analyze supply chain performance data and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and international partners
- Prepare and manage trade documentation including letters of credit, bills of lading, and certificates of origin
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in purchasing and logistics with export-import focus
- Proficiency in customs regulations and international trade compliance (BP, Kemenperin)
- Strong negotiation skills with proven supplier relationship management experience
- Advanced proficiency in logistics software and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken)
- Certification in logistics (CSCP, CLTD) or purchasing (CIPS) is advantageous
