PT. Muara Dua invites a highly motivated and professional individual to join our team as a Purchasing Logistik. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the end-to-end purchasing process, ensuring the timely delivery of goods and services to support our manufacturing and logistics operations. We are looking for someone who excels in relationship building and strategic negotiation to drive our supply chain efficiency.
As a Purchasing Logistik, you will be the bridge between our company and our suppliers. You will be responsible for maintaining excellent relationships with existing vendors while actively scouting and onboarding new partners who align with our quality standards. Your attention to detail and negotiation skills will ensure we secure the best value for our operations without compromising on service quality.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with existing vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify, source, and evaluate new vendors to expand our supplier network.
- Conduct thorough quality control checks and ensure all purchasing services meet company standards.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with vendors to optimize cost savings.
- Monitor market trends to forecast purchasing needs and manage inventory levels effectively.
- Coordinate closely with logistics and production teams to ensure timely procurement.
- Prepare and process purchase orders accurately and on schedule.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or logistics management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective vendor negotiations.
- Proven track record in vendor development and relationship management.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
- Proficient in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office applications.
- Fluent in Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia) and English is a plus.
