Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic purchasing plans to support production needs
- Source, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers for cosmetic raw materials and packaging
- Negotiate favorable terms and contracts with suppliers to ensure cost efficiency
- Monitor supplier performance and address any quality or delivery issues
- Manage inventory levels to optimize stock turnover and minimize waste
- Stay updated on market trends and pricing to make informed purchasing decisions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of purchasing activities with business objectives
- Prepare regular reports on purchasing activities, costs, and supplier performance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in purchasing, preferably in the cosmetics or FMCG industry
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing favorable terms
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Deep understanding of supply chain management principles
- Proficiency in purchasing software and ERP systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
