- End-to-end procurement process management from requisition to payment
- Strategic supplier sourcing, evaluation, and relationship management
- Contract negotiation and vendor agreement optimization
- Market trend analysis and cost-reduction initiative implementation
- Inventory control and procurement budget management
- Cross-departmental procurement need assessment and fulfillment
- Compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Procurement performance reporting and KPI tracking
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of procurement/purchasing experience in manufacturing/logistics
- Advanced negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Fluency in Indonesian and English (written and verbal)
- Knowledge of Indonesian supply chain regulations and practices
