Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end purchasing process from requisition to delivery
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with key vendors to optimize costs
- Ensure timely availability of materials for production schedules
- Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships
- Analyze market trends and recommend procurement strategies
- Coordinate with warehouse, production, and finance teams
- Implement cost reduction initiatives without compromising quality
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder points
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of purchasing experience in manufacturing/logistics
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination
- Understanding of Indonesian supply chain regulations
- Proven track record of cost optimization
