Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes including supplier selection, price negotiation, and contract finalization
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to optimize costs and quality
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships
- Control inventory levels and ensure efficient stock management
- Analyze market trends and recommend procurement improvements
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and finance departments
- Prepare regular procurement reports and budget forecasts
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of purchasing experience in manufacturing/logistics
- Proven negotiation skills with supplier contract experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Indonesian procurement regulations
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
