PT. MCENERGY BIOMASS INDONESIA is currently seeking a strategic and results-driven Purchasing Manager to join our expanding team in Pasuruan. As a key player in the biomass energy sector, we require a professional who possesses deep expertise in industrial procurement, supplier relationship management, and technical spare part acquisition.
In this role, you will lead the end-to-end purchasing process, ensuring that our manufacturing and facility operations run seamlessly by maintaining optimal inventory levels of machine spare parts and industrial components. You will be responsible for identifying high-quality suppliers, conducting rigorous price negotiations, and implementing cost-saving strategies that align with our sustainability goals. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a strong technical background in manufacturing logistics.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies to support operational efficiency.
- Source, evaluate, and qualify reliable suppliers for industrial machinery and critical spare parts.
- Lead contract negotiations to secure competitive pricing, favorable payment terms, and optimized lead times.
- Manage the entire purchasing lifecycle, from requisition and purchase order issuance to delivery follow-up.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to mitigate supply chain risks and manage inventory costs.
- Coordinate closely with the engineering and production teams to ensure all procured components meet technical specifications.
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation and vendor performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial plant environment.
- Strong technical understanding of industrial machinery, mechanical spare parts, and biomass processing equipment.
- Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment located in Pasuruan.
