Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes from vendor selection to payment settlement
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies for raw materials and services
- Negotiate favorable terms with suppliers while ensuring quality compliance
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock turnover rates
- Analyze market trends to identify cost reduction opportunities
- Collaborate with production teams to align purchasing schedules
- Prepare monthly procurement budgets and variance reports
- Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and ethical standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing roles
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Understanding of Indonesian import regulations and logistics
- Advanced analytical skills for cost-benefit analysis
- Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Certification in procurement (e.g., CIPS) is advantageous
