Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to ensure cost-efficiency and supply stability.
- Source, evaluate, and manage relationships with reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service to maximize company profitability.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Analyze market trends and price fluctuations to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
- Prepare and maintain detailed purchasing reports and budget forecasts for management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably within the manufacturing or logistics sector.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple deadlines effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is an added advantage.
- Must be based in or willing to work in Surabaya.
