Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic procurement plans aligned with business objectives
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to maximize value
- Manage supplier relationships and performance monitoring systems
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for seamless inventory management
- Prepare regular procurement reports for stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of procurement experience in logistics/transport industry
- Proven negotiation skills with supplier contract management expertise
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in procurement software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of local Bali market suppliers preferred
- Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) or equivalent qualification advantageous
