Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies to source high-quality chemical raw materials at competitive costs.
- Manage and cultivate strong relationships with local and international chemical suppliers to ensure supply chain reliability.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production teams to prevent stockouts and minimize carrying costs.
- Negotiate favorable contract terms, pricing, and payment schedules with vendors to improve company margins.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with industry safety standards, government regulations, and environmental policies.
- Analyze market trends and price fluctuations to provide proactive insights for organizational planning.
- Supervise procurement staff and streamline internal purchasing workflows for increased efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain management, specifically within the chemical or manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of chemical raw materials, hazardous material handling, and safety certifications.
- Proven ability to negotiate with vendors and manage contract lifecycle effectively.
- Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical skills, high attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
- Fluent in Indonesian and proficient in English for international supplier communication.
