Wook Mobile Commerce is a rapidly growing leader in the mobile accessory and consumer electronics distribution space. We are currently seeking a dynamic and strategic Purchasing Manager to join our team in Jakarta Utara. As a key player in our supply chain operations, you will be responsible for end-to-end procurement processes, vendor management, and ensuring the cost-efficiency of our inventory.
The ideal candidate is a proactive negotiator with strong analytical skills and fluency in Mandarin, as you will be frequently liaising with our international suppliers. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective procurement strategies to ensure timely supply of mobile accessories and electronic goods.
- Source, evaluate, and maintain relationships with international suppliers, primarily in China, to ensure quality and competitive pricing.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors to optimize company margins.
- Monitor market trends and commodity pricing to provide strategic insights for purchasing decisions.
- Manage the end-to-end purchasing process, including purchase order issuance, shipment tracking, and customs clearance coordination.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of existing suppliers to ensure compliance with quality and delivery standards.
- Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics departments to manage stock levels and prevent inventory shortages.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory to facilitate communication with global suppliers.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management within the retail or manufacturing sector.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP software.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
- Proven track record in managing cross-border logistics and import/export regulations.
