Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end procurement processes including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability for production needs
- Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations and relationship management
- Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with operational requirements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in procurement/supply chain management
- Proven track record in vendor negotiation and contract management
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in procurement software/ERP systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Certification in procurement (CIPS, CPSM) is advantageous
- Understanding of manufacturing/logistics supply chain dynamics
