Tripacific Electrindo is seeking a dynamic and experienced Purchasing Specialist fluent in Mandarin to join our growing team in Jakarta. As a vital link in our supply chain, you will be responsible for the end-to-end purchasing of machine and tooling equipment, ensuring that our factory operations continue smoothly and efficiently. This role is critical for sourcing high-quality components from international markets, specifically catering to our manufacturing needs.
You will act as the primary point of contact for our suppliers, translating technical requirements into successful procurement strategies. We are looking for a proactive professional who can manage the complexities of international trade, negotiate favorable terms, and ensure timely delivery. Tanggung Jawab
- Purchase and procure machine and tooling equipment based on detailed factory production requests and engineering specifications.
- Communicate effectively with Chinese suppliers to clarify technical drawings, order details, and resolve any discrepancies.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to ensure cost-effectiveness and supply chain security.
- Coordinate with logistics and customs teams to manage the import process and ensure timely arrival of machinery.
- Manage the full purchasing cycle, from preparing RFQs (Request for Quotations) to finalizing invoices and purchase orders.
- Monitor inventory levels of essential machinery parts to prevent production downtime and optimize stock management.
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and alternative sources for critical manufacturing components.
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is mandatory; proficiency in English is a strong advantage.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of machine tools, industrial machinery, and manufacturing components.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with international vendors.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to review technical specifications and ensure accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced factory environment.
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
