Join Xinyi Glass Indonesia, a leading player in the glass manufacturing industry, as our new Purchasing Mandarin Speaker. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our procurement team. This role is critical in bridging the gap between our operations and our international supply chain, particularly with partners in China. We are looking for candidates who possess a solid understanding of the manufacturing sector and have over one year of relevant experience.
In this position, you will be responsible for managing the sourcing of raw materials, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the timely delivery of goods to support our production lines. If you are fluent in Mandarin and have a passion for supply chain management within the industrial sector, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms for glass raw materials.
- Communicate directly with Chinese suppliers to facilitate orders, resolve inquiries, and ensure quality control standards are met.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate logistics to prevent stockouts and ensure timely production schedules.
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to optimize purchasing strategies and reduce costs.
- Prepare, review, and process purchase orders, contracts, and shipping documentation accurately.
- Collaborate with internal production and quality control teams to forecast demand and manage material requirements.
- Conduct regular follow-ups on pending orders to ensure delivery deadlines are adhered to.
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Mandarin (both spoken and written) is essential for this role.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Strong understanding of the glass or general manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic manufacturing environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
