In this role, you will play a critical part in our operations by ensuring the seamless acquisition of high-quality Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing materials required for our projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end procurement processes, from vendor sourcing and price negotiation to quality assurance and logistics coordination. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, evaluate, and qualify potential suppliers for MEP components based on pricing, material quality, and reliability.
- Execute purchase orders and manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for electrical and mechanical materials.
- Negotiate competitive pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to ensure cost-efficiency.
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain a database of reliable partners to ensure timely project delivery.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate inventory tracking and timely arrival of shipments.
- Review technical specifications to ensure all procured materials meet industry standards and project requirements.
- Resolve any discrepancies in invoices, delivery notes, or defective materials directly with vendors.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, specifically handling MEP or construction-related items.
- Solid understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) components and market pricing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and ERP/Purchasing software.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- High integrity, attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
