Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement process including RFQ, vendor selection, and contract negotiations
- Analyze market trends and pricing to optimize purchasing decisions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers across Sumatera Utara
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse team for stock optimization
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations
- Prepare regular reports on purchasing KPIs and cost savings initiatives
- Collaborate with finance department for budget management and cost control
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in purchasing/procurement role
- Strong negotiation skills with proven vendor management experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) is advantageous
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Deep understanding of Indonesian procurement regulations
