Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement effective procurement strategies to ensure the timely availability of materials.
- Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers and vendors to secure competitive pricing and quality.
- Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on industry trends and price fluctuations.
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, from issuing Purchase Orders (PO) to coordinating with the logistics and warehouse departments.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production teams to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Negotiate contract terms, payment conditions, and lead times with suppliers to maximize value.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on procurement activities, budget utilization, and supplier performance for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in purchasing or supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing or agro-industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP/Inventory management software.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of supply chain logistics, procurement documentation, and inventory control.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Willingness to be based in Sibolga, Sumatera Utara.
