Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the procurement of raw materials (iron, steel, alloys) and finished goods required for production.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities, pricing, and reliability.
- Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and contract terms with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) accurately and manage any changes or amendments.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Analyze cost data and market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, or procurement within the manufacturing sector.
- Deep understanding of supply chain management principles and the procurement cycle.
- Proficient in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office applications.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
