Are you a detail-oriented procurement professional with a passion for F&B and retail excellence? Remah Dan Tatakan is currently seeking a motivated Purchasing Officer to join our team in Kuta, Bali. In this role, you will be the backbone of our operational efficiency, ensuring that we source the highest quality supplies at the best possible value to support our growing business needs.

We are looking for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong negotiation skills. You will manage supplier relationships, monitor inventory levels, and ensure seamless delivery schedules. If you have a proven track record in the hospitality, restaurant, or retail sectors and a knack for building strong vendor networks, we want to hear from you!

Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and high-quality materials.
  • Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including issuing purchase orders and tracking shipments.
  • Negotiate terms, contracts, and payment schedules with vendors to optimize costs.
  • Maintain and update a comprehensive database of supplier contacts and market pricing trends.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to forecast inventory needs and prevent stock-outs.
  • Conduct regular quality audits on incoming goods to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Resolve any disputes or issues regarding order discrepancies or defective deliveries promptly.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
  • Proven experience in the F&B, Hotel, Restaurant, or Retail industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong existing network of suppliers in the local Bali market is a significant advantage.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office (specifically Excel).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.
