Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their offerings.
- Negotiate contracts, prices, and delivery terms with vendors to secure the best deals.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders in accordance with company requirements and budget constraints.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Review and analyze supplier performance to maintain high standards of quality and reliability.
- Resolve any issues related to delayed shipments, incorrect orders, or defective goods.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, reports, and documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Purchasing Officer or similar procurement role, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics sector.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting vendor relationships.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and standard procurement software.
