Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to delivery of goods.
- Source and evaluate potential suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
- Negotiate purchase terms, pricing, and payment conditions with vendors to optimize company margins.
- Monitor and track inventory levels to prevent stockouts and ensure production continuity.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and production teams to synchronize delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate purchase records, databases, and supplier performance reports.
- Ensure full compliance with company procurement policies and internal audit standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiar with ERP/Inventory Management systems.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and high integrity in handling company transactions.
