Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to final delivery of goods and services.
- Source and evaluate potential suppliers based on price, quality, service, and delivery reliability.
- Negotiate competitive terms, payment schedules, and contracts with vendors to optimize company costs.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure stock availability.
- Prepare and maintain accurate procurement documentation, including purchase orders and vendor agreements.
- Track and report on procurement performance metrics to identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and standard operating procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to manage supplier relationships and negotiate complex procurement contracts.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Good understanding of market trends and supply chain logistics in the Tangerang/Banten area.
