Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for supply chain excellence? Silcane Cirebon is looking for a dedicated Purchasing Officer to join our growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our operational efficiency, ensuring that our production lines are consistently supplied with high-quality materials at competitive costs.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in vendor management, strategic sourcing, and inventory coordination. You will work closely with the production and finance departments to streamline procurement processes, mitigate supply chain risks, and contribute to the overall profitability of our manufacturing operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Source and evaluate potential suppliers to ensure the best value, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes, from issuing Purchase Orders (PO) to tracking shipment arrivals.
- Coordinate with internal departments to determine material requirements and maintain optimal stock levels.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and service agreements with domestic and international vendors.
- Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions to address delivery delays or quality issues.
- Prepare regular procurement reports, including cost analysis and vendor performance summaries.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or inventory control, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management concepts and procurement best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP/Inventory management software.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight production deadlines.
- Fluency in Indonesian; proficiency in English is a significant advantage.
