Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement cost-effective procurement strategies for raw materials and textile production supplies.
- Manage end-to-end purchasing processes, including sourcing, vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with existing suppliers while continuously scouting for new, reliable vendors.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Perform regular market research to analyze price trends and ensure the company remains competitive in procurement costs.
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure all documentation complies with company policies and legal requirements.
- Resolve any issues related to order discrepancies, quality defects, or delivery delays promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably within the textile or manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in using ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Deep understanding of supply chain management, logistics, and inventory control.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and high integrity in financial and vendor dealings.
