Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers to ensure the best quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct professional negotiations with suppliers regarding pricing, delivery terms, and payment conditions.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from creating purchase orders to monitoring delivery schedules.
- Analyze market trends and price fluctuations to optimize procurement strategies and reduce company operational costs.
- Maintain and update the vendor database, ensuring all supplier documentation and compliance standards are met.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Production, Warehouse, and Finance) to ensure material availability aligns with production schedules.
- Monitor and resolve any discrepancies in shipments, quality issues, or billing errors promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or inventory control, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of cost-saving initiatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiar with ERP or procurement software.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
