Tanggung Jawab
- Source, evaluate, and select reliable vendors and suppliers to ensure the best quality and pricing for construction materials.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition and purchase orders to delivery tracking.
- Coordinate closely with internal production teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and procurement documentation for auditing purposes.
- Negotiate favorable terms, payment conditions, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Monitor market trends and commodity prices to optimize procurement costs.
- Resolve any supply discrepancies, quality issues, or logistical delays effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Proven work experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably within the construction or manufacturing industry.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and ERP software experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong command of Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is highly desirable.
