Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to delivery of goods and services.
- Source and evaluate potential suppliers to ensure the best value, quality, and delivery timelines.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and payment conditions with vendors to optimize company costs.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal departments to anticipate procurement needs.
- Maintain accurate purchase records, tracking logs, and documentation for internal audits.
- Resolve supply discrepancies, delivery delays, or quality issues with vendors promptly.
- Prepare regular reports on purchasing activities, spending, and cost-saving initiatives for management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP/Inventory management software.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English.
- Strong integrity and ethical standards in handling vendor relationships.
