Tanggung Jawab
- Source, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality standards.
- Prepare purchase orders (PO) and coordinate with internal departments to track deliveries.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with vendors to optimize procurement costs.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely replenishment.
- Maintain comprehensive records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance history.
- Resolve issues related to shipment delays, quality discrepancies, or invoicing errors.
- Conduct periodic market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and new product trends.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Purchasing Officer, Procurement Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build effective supplier relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic inventory management software.
- High level of integrity, analytical mindset, and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong command of Bahasa Indonesia and basic English proficiency.
