Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to delivery.
- Source, vet, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and high-quality standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal departments to avoid production delays.
- Maintain accurate purchasing records, purchase orders, and supplier performance documentation.
- Resolve supply chain discrepancies and manage logistics coordination effectively.
- Analyze market trends and pricing to provide recommendations for cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and ethical standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably within the manufacturing or logistics sector.
- High level of integrity and professional ethics in managing company resources.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work with complex data.
