As part of our #GrowwithDermaesthetics initiative, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our operations run smoothly by managing procurement processes, maintaining supplier relationships, and optimizing inventory costs.
In this role, you will be the backbone of our supply chain, bridging the gap between our production needs and our vendor network. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to delivery, ensuring timely arrival of materials.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with potential suppliers to secure favorable terms, pricing, and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate purchase records, invoices, and contracts in compliance with company policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Conduct regular market research to stay updated on price trends and alternative product sourcing.
- Resolve any discrepancies regarding deliveries, damaged goods, or invoice mismatches with vendors promptly.
- Prepare regular procurement reports for management to track spending and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a purchasing, procurement, or supply chain role, preferably in manufacturing or beauty/retail.
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of managing vendor relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and experience with ERP/Inventory management software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to work.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
